About the role
This is a full time position made up by working two roles.
As the Care Documentation Lead, you'll be working with our Clinical team to ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects resident's care needs.
The Infection Prevention Control Champion assists the team in the implementation of the IPC program and ensures a high standard of patient care and caregiver safety at the Home.
You'll bring
-
Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice, you'll have a current AHPRA registration

Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
- IPC Qualification/Training (desirable)
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI/AN-ACC

Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management skills and strong attention to detail
