About the role
As the first point of call for our customers, the Customer Enquiry and Contracts Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring an optimal customer experience. From initial enquiry through to admission, this role is critical in implementing sound customer service strategies ensuring our residents, families and prospective customers are provided with accurate information in a timely manner contributing to a seamless customer experience.
This is a fully remote work from home fixed term contract covering maternity leave, and we welcome applications from anyone residing in VIC, NSW, QLD or SA.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in aged care, with exposure to contracts of sale or service.
- Background in customer enquiries or customer relations within the aged care sector
- Ability to read and interpret power of attorney and guardianship documents and experience in fees and charges.
- A professional and confident phone manner is essential, as the role involves extensive telephone communication with a customer-first approach
- High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining customer records
- Strong ability to work independently with the professionalism and reliability required for a remote work environment.
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with skills in managing dashboards, listings, and reporting, is advantageous
