In this exciting new role, you will act as an expert for our human capital management (HCM) system, Workday, building domain knowledge, managing releases and functionality, and acting as an escalation point to assist our People Support team.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with various internal teams and stakeholders as the subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
  • Evaluate releases and functionality, configure, test, validate and implement process changes to optimise the use of Workday
  • Maintain master data values in Workday
  • Support and maintain efficient employee compliance workflows in Zipline

What you’ll bring

  • A strong understanding of People & Culture processes and functions with strong experience in employee data management and systems optimisation
  • Proven ability to analyse problems and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
  • Training certification in relevant Workday modules will be required. These can be obtained after commencement
