About the role
A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – being a Clinical Care Coordinator is all about how you make people feel. You will:
- Driving a continuous improvement culture
- Acting as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
- Focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
- Care planning in line with new standards
- Taking pride in your clinical documentation management skills
- Responsible for infection prevention strategies
- Provide training and coaching to staff on infection practices and documentation
You’ll be empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANAAC
